Deb, have you ever seen that old Bill Murray movie "What About Bob"? He's a nut job that attaches himself to a shrink (Richard Dreyfuss). Baby steps are a part of the movie, which is hilarious!

OH MY GAWD I loved that movie.... Mom was agoraphobic for years and I teased her about needing to see it. She laughed all the way through it......

Not really a joke...all shrinks have to see a shrink themselves every few years! That ought to tell ya something about that profession.
