The best barns here are mare motels in my opinion. Pipe corral construcion Full shade and easy dismantle and relocate. From Malibu... Notice the fire char in the back ground

I would never go for twelve by twenty four corrals though.... Id prefer sixteen by sixteen with access to a turn out area.

The bottom wood is to keep shavings in and Foals in .....

I finally looked at the picture.... That isnt any 5000 dollar dismantle and move... by any means.... Though of course the ad is in a different part of the country...

Yeah, sorry, I probably should have copied a picture or two and put it here on BYC.

And yeah, that’s what I thought too and what I was meaning when I said the price seemed low. Definitely does not seem like it would be 2500 to 5000 ha probably more like 10000 at least?

And yeah, that’s true. Might be cheaper there. But I still don’t think it would be that cheap ha

That seems like an awesome set up and fairly easy!! Although it seems like in this climate it would be a little cold?? Or no? Seems good for warm climates though. I like run ins too. And yeah, seems like really big stalls. And that’s awesome. Could foals fit through the bottom?

Oh adn Ideally Feed is stored in another structure away from the horses. Most people have a gator with a wagon on the back for feeding.

Awesome! I wish I could get a gator ha we do have a tractor though.

Definately for Dry climates with a mild winter.... I do get snow at my place and the shade structure keeps a nice patch of dry area so Katee can curl up at night... big girl needs her beauty sleep....

Her accommodations are a 75 x 100pipe corral... with a 24 x 24 shade structure... Since shes the only one living there no need for partitions.

She spends most her time standing in her shade in the summertime.... But come winter I find her sleeping in the corner by the Guinea fowl with snow covering her back. She wuvvs her birdies....

I hope to include goat activities in her corral but I have to fence it off from escaping goats... Have to make that horse proof.... Baby girl likes to mess with things. But I want to make her a belly rub....sloped telephone pole wrapped with jute rope so she doesn't get splinters.

Stuff like that... Shes death on dogs so she would protect the goats....

Good morning all. We have no chance of rain the next 10 days. The water level is still high here but by the end of 10 days crops will need a rain. My brother is supposed to be coming this week to take down our dead tree:fl
