The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

:frow Mornin

woke up to the sound of rain..... Crap just a leaky fawcet....

Oh and Crickets... Cute little buggers. Son bought a snack for his Gekko... Even Cuter little bugger.... He turned the crickets loose in the Gekkos tank and they spent the evening having a confab around the feed block and water....

We have always had somesort of Tank creature .... Right now its a Gekko and an Aquarium with a single Betta....

I used to have over Two hundred gallons worth of Aquariums.... In the house.

One Vivarium with Frogs and creayfish and gold fish. One Biiig Turtle tank with red eared sliders, and one 110 gallon show tank... Full of fishies.

The Big tank is up at home.... I need a couple of strong men to move it in the house. By its self it weighs about 200 pounds..... Thats the one I want to raise Tilipia in.

Gawd its 6 am and I am rambling on...

Hey Deb, I always had pets and fish tanks. Chameleons were one of my favorites.

Good morning everyone! Back to the salt mines for me today but just 25 more working days until the restaurant is closed for the season :wee

Hope everyone has a good day!

Only 13 more days for me, Debby, so I’m closer to being done with the job! :lau

:frow Ramble away, I enjoy reading it ;)

Yep. What he said!

Got home about 10 minutes ago from a strange breakfast. The owner/editor of the local paper called Ken last night and asked if we could meet him for breakfast at the Brandin’ Iron this morning. It was the only time he could meet us there because he had to go to Cody later in the morning. It turned into an interview that lasted over an hour and a half. David had first wanted to interview Ken when he was installed as Grand Master, but decided it made more sense to interview at the end of his year to go over his accomplishments, travel, high and low moments, and “why Masonry?”. David and Ken have been good friends (and Lodge Brothers) since 1996, so he will add to this interview what he already knows about Ken. I kinda sat there just eating my eggs and ham, but every so often David would ask me a question, too. Can’t wait until the paper comes out Thursday. If we’re back from Lander Wednesday before the store closes, I can pick up an early copy.

Okay, off to get cleaned up. Got a haircut this morning because I hate that “just cut” look and want it to lose that before GL. Catch you all later!
