Um, I don’t like ducks. Not being judgmental towards those who have and love them, not at all. Guess it’s just kinda like me loving sauerkraut and lots of other people hating it. I could list reason after reason why sauerkraut is so yummy to me, but that doesn’t mean others have to change their minds to please me.
Don’t hide Blooie! Ducks aren’t for everyone! They’re messy and kinda loud and gross. But I think they’re adorable anyway haha but it’s totally fine that you don’t! That said though, I get grossed out even by the chickens drinking out of the puddles that form in the run after some rain or the hose spraying or water bucket emptying so I’m not really sure why I think ducks are a good idea.
Me loves sourkrout.... its supposed to be really easy to make.... Love it on polish sausages.... Love it on pork chops... though I havent had it in a very long time...
Even made it with slices of apple in it.... oh yumm....
Cant have it now... unless i am careful not to eat too much.

I suppose. But in order not to let those other sweet, salty, savory sides go to waste, I’ll have to eat them. <sigh> Poor me!
Not a huge pork person but I will eat it sometimes. I like it with apple sauce or this certain balsamic plum reduction sauce my dad sometimes makes. Those two are good and I’ll eat it. But otherwise, just don’t really like pork. Never been a big bacon or ham person either. Or at least not deli ham. I do like maple or honey glazed hams that you have to cook though with some pineapple on it.
But even then, not my fave.
Give me a burger or some chicken or turkey any day lol
Although actually... wait... that said... forgot about pulled pork
I love pulled pork anything.
But that’s the only kind of pork I really like.
Much more a chicken or red meat kind of person I guess haha
And sauerkraut is DEFINITELY a no go haha
Although that said, I don’t think I’ve ever tried it and I used to think I hated pickles too until I discovered I loved them soooo....
But I don’t think I’m ever going to like sauerkraut. Hate cabbage, coleslaw, anything like that.
. I know I've been praying for you. Hope it's going well for you.
Of course I'm not going out to take care of chickens now. I can snuggle down in warm blankeys.
