Ok... Had a panic attack thursday and dont know why... couldnt leave my car to go in to see the dietician...... working it out had an aha moment just now...

I may not be able to go into that clinic again.... we will see.

its that whole clinic... I am going to head up there on a non appointment day and try to walk the parking lot. its a small lot with Solar panels down the middle ... so shade.

I am going to have issues with the next appointment at the Psychologist... Love her to death.... Afraid I wont be able to walk the distance from the car in....

My issues with ER and Hospitals go way back and why I stopped seeing doctors in general. So I am guessing this is a culmination of a lot of things I am going to have to peel back layers to find a root cause ....
