um, that would be a “no”. This marriage hasn’t lasted almost 52 years by nagging! I just plant the seed and then shut up, letting it sprout in the back of his mind. Then later, when he comes to me and says, “Hey, you know what we should do”...and then suggests what I said weeks or months ago, I just bat my baby blues at him, use my best learned-in-Mississippi accent, and tell him, “Oh, honey....you ah so CLEVAH!”

I only have about 10 on our pear tree this year. Just too doggone dry this summer with us never home to water things regularly, and we were still getting snow and cold in June - in fact, it snowed the first day of summer! I think some of the blossoms froze.
