rj, you don't have to hunt for that recipe, found one i would like to try, its just plain and simple, peppers, vinegar, salt and pickle crisp to keep them crisp
thanks
I use these guys a lot for my recipes... https://pickyourown.org/pepperspickled.htm Still wish I could figure out Popeye's recipe. I love their pickled Jalapenos.

oh my yes, makes a jalapeno pepper seem a mild warm, i put one in chili when i made it and we love it but then we love hot chili(i also put in the chili power and cayenne powder too, son also likes that chili this is the pineapple aji, last year i had the lemon, beautiful little peppers too, look them up on the net

Jalapeños are pretty mild imo, I'll have to check out the aji the next time I can have a garden. We like our chili on the spicy side too (not burn your tongue off, but spicy).

yes, for me too but husband doesn't like as hot as i do but then i was raised in a hot pepper lover family, him not so much, his mother was a sissy when it came to spices, husband has learned to like spicy lol(like he had a joice) if i could, i would send you some seeds cause you know i keep fresh seeds every year for that matter i could send you a pepper, they keep pretty good without refrigeration
