i didn't plant these, they came up from last years planting, where ever they go to seed they come up the following year by themselves, husband does plow some of them under in the spring and then again they will come up, one year we had a beautiful patch down by the old pond, then one year where husband burns the limbs and wood trash(he had taken some mustard that had gone to seed and burned) anything that comes up volunteer i always let it grow just to see what i haveMaybe next year, plant more greens so you have extra to freeze. It's not too early to start looking forward to next years garden
