I don't stay up late at all. If I make it until 9:30pm I'm doing good.

Part of the problem is I'm a light sleeper, the sound of a cat blinking will wake me up. And DH is a LOT louder than that (he's a super early riser).

Youngest is still working. He’ll find out tonight if he is done for the season. He works for a local farmer also so if he's laid off he will help him finish up harvest.
Oldest is still working but has taken 3-4 weeks off from his regular job to haul sugar beets and help another local farmer with harvest. He hired my brother and my friends husband to drive Semi when he couldn’t. They are just about done thankfully. If it freezes much harder they will be done as the ground can’t be dug. He is getting very little sleep. Lots of break downs and stress this year. I am so grateful we got done this past week!

My dad is the worst to travel with! Wants to stop all the time, seems to think you have to stop every 2 hours or sooner!! Or he won’t get food or use the bathroom or get gas then have to stop again shortly after!! Mom and I like to all just do everything all at once. Make everyone eat and use the bathroom and get gas while there then not stop again for a while! Makes it go much faster when you don’t constantly stop LOL

He’s always taking “shortcuts” too :rolleyes:

Although my incubator was apparently unplugged at some point this morning so I’m watching it making sure it doesn’t spike while heating up. Only plugged it back in about 40 mins ago. So far so good. :fl

You need some ear plugs!!!

My dad is super loud in the mornings too no matter how many time my mom asks him not to be :lau :rolleyes:

He doesn’t wake up super super early but even like 5, 6. She sleeps best in the mornings hah

Those are some hard working boys DMC! Glad to hear your harvesting is done for the year, that has to be a relief.
