I almost feel guilty. 42 F now and expected to go higher. They are not predicting freezing temperatures for at least the next week. I'm not complaining.

Yesseree. This will be the first time I can exercise my "Want" to downsize. Though I am a sentimental old fool so keep chotchkeys... and the occasional birthday or Christmas card.

I am giving mom all the photo albums for safe keeping. I would rather have scanned in photos.

Those sentimental things are my biggest downfall too. I'd rather replace the practical stuff than my personal "valuables".

Especially stuff made by the kid or kids... His refrigerator magnets are still up on the refrigerator... The ones with the hand traced out in a heart... or a picture of someone fishing off a boat... Love em. Popsicles glued to a can for a pencil can... sigh.
