The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Good morning everyone. :frow

It's a tricky disease. It can clear, it can appear to go into remission, or it can clear with residual damage. I was treated, broke again with symptoms, retreated, and have been symptom free for a considerable period of time. I hope that they can provide relief for you.

Good morning everyone :frow

I hope you're all having a great 2020!

@sharron what have you got in the garden? I harvested about a dozen cherry tomatoes the other day and a few handfuls of sugar snap peas. My potatoes have sprouted and I'm thinking about putting in some lettuce today.

@N F C I'm sorry to know you haven't seen Mr. Kitty. I was really hoping he was going to be ok!

I'm not supposed to be screwing around but here I am doing it anyway. I've been on a self imposed hiatus because I'm going to get my house AND garage cleaned out, I'm purging everything. I've already made several trips to Goodwill and we have a nice sized junk pile for bulk trash next month. The hardest thing to do is the kitchen and my chicken decorations, but I've been brutal and igor isn't too happy. Meh, when he spends his time cleaning it he can have more junk.

Time to let the chickens out and get to work, take care everyone!
morning im:frow
i have tomato plants started but a long way for having any fruit, have leeks started, again a long time, have orange trees started, apple trees start(if they continue and don't die on me)(have before) have potato eyes started coming up, cucumbers up and put some iceberg seeds in this morning, all a long time to have to eat but getting there is half the fun:)

Wonder how that will be different than now? :gig

I'm just hoping it will be better than that giant boot I've been wearing. They said the orthotic would be custom made once they get a mold of my foot, so hopefully the fit will be good.

Never had one before, so thank you for giving me a heads up about the alignment (gee, now I sound like a car).
Even my first podiatrist was fascinated when he took the mold of my foot. I naturally pronate (walk on the outside of my foot) and he was amazed at the gap of the insides of my feet.
The last pair that I got they did laser imaging instead of a mold. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit perfectly.
