thank you tc but i've been on the pills for at least ten years, keto is the way i usually eat, every once in awhile i go crazy and eat things i shouldn't but my dr knows this (told him) and he understands and as long as my a1c is under 6.7 hes happy with me, i would love to be able to eat what i want but hey, i can't so i live with it. other people have worse things so i'm goodOh gosh, I am so sorryThis must make eating difficult having to watch the carbs and types of food.

i've never cooked lentils but they're a pea, i sometimes just cook them without soaking but most of the time i soak them, makes cooking them faster maybe someone else
i did google it, says you can do it either way but shorter cooking if soaked but you have to wash and pick out rocks and debris
