Hey Sharron! Chick days and there are 2 Tractor Supply stores and a rural King in the town where I am shopping today. Great time to smuggle chicks in the house, as I will have other babies hatching, I hope!

Me & my trusty snow shovel are headed out in a minute. We had wind gusts up to 50+ mph most of yesterday and all night long. So snow clearing is in order (or at least a stab at it).

I'd rather be going to the farm store with you and looking at chicks!

Glad to hear you and Bob are ok! I heard about that storm last night while at work.

Yes, it was crazy!! Went to work this morning and had no phones or kids so they closed us. Also, schools are now closed the rest of the week -I have a feeling that me Head Start will be closed as well

husband would help me pick them out whats a few more, i hatched out over forty chicks last year trying for a color i didn't get thats ok sold most of them and ate the rest, well ate a couple and the rest still in the freezer

Shortly after I posted this morning the sun disappeared. So far I've been hit with drizzle, downpour, and a burst of sleet/hail/snow. Not a top ten day for sure weather wise.

Worked four older dogs and one futurity male. I'll work the derbies tomorrow. First spring futurity/derby event is 3/21-24. It's the start of a series of 6 spring events. I'm still deciding on how many dogs I will be sending.

Not really. Any day that I can get out and about is at least a 7. If/when I lose my mobility not certain how I will feel about things.
