DH's brother is an administrator at a hospital and during 'lockdown' here in NZ they saw a significant drop in heart attack and stroke patients. It's just been released that there was also a drop in the suicide rate. I thought that was all really interesting.

I have discovered hang on feeders are great for ducks. They still manage to climb into them and sit in the food but they are less inclined to poop in it. I put them outside for awhile while I cleaned their cage. It was lovely and sunny, but as soon as they caught sight of me (using the outside tap to clean out the tray their water sits over :sick) they started peeping most pitifully.

Anyway, I'd better go and feed the chickens before it gets dark. It's going to be cold tonight.

It will be long haul with suicides. Likely not good in the long term if the economy drops into a world depression

accuweather kept popping up alerts for flash floods. We did not have much rain here though.
