I think they’re both hydrolized yeast extract. I actually have Vegemite and do Have it on toast once in a while. It’s painfully expensive here in the USA though.

Hi Sue! We are being stupid and going shopping today. I hope we don’t regret it. South Dakota is open. I know some places require masks. I have them and wipes along.

How did shopping go? A lot of things are open here, we just haven't gone many places yet. We did Wal-Mart last weekend and it was not really as bad as I thought it would be.

How did shopping go? A lot of things are open here, we just haven't gone many places yet. We did Wal-Mart last weekend and it was not really as bad as I thought it would be.

It went well. It felt weird to be in public. I was glad to see in a few places they were doing a good job of cleaning carts and things. I felt a little safer anyway. I’ve never shopped in this town before...it was hopping!
