Definitely not a place to be for me! I used to live in Red Bluff where temps like that happen in the summer. Now it is rare to hit 110. We did hit 107F here this summer-- Red bluff would have been over 110F that dayIt's all relative to what you're used to, you can whine all you want!
Not without a/c in my opinion. We're breaking records this week, but the saddest part? A few years ago we were told this could be the new normal and we're seeing these temps far more than we did 20 years ago. I think I'm ready to move out if AZ! At least out of the valley here.
Oh no!! Poor guy, he's having a rough year with your place there.DH will be home this afternoon.
And I have a surprise for him when he gets here. Yesterday I did a load of laundry, went back downstairs a couple hours later and found out the washing machine had leaked water all over the basement...the carpeted basement. Who in their right mind thinks carpet and washing machines go well together??? Think he'll be pleased with his surprise?
Too funny, cheese & crackers makes someone think of meI've never had apple slices wrapped in ham before but love apple slices dipped in peanut butter.
That one is false according to the study the CDC posted a couple of days ago. If masks did not protect against a virus, why do Medical personnel wear them? From what I've read, masks don't keep a person from getting it but it supposedly keeps people from spreading it to others.
I dunno, so much conflicting info out there.
That would be nice!I still want a mask, that looks like a chicken beak!![]()
They do look like they are handling the heat well!I have one fully feathered hen not pictured, a silver Dorking. Found the crazy rooster in the nest box.

Science is not believed by many any more.
Here we are in the middle of a surge in cases and masks are required in public. The county is discussing ways to enforce the penalties. There is a fine for the business and the public for not wearing the mask.I don't know what to believe any more. I'll just stay in my little place out in the sticks.
What is he doing in that nesting box? Never mind, cuckoo explains a lot!I have one fully feathered hen not pictured, a silver Dorking. Found the crazy rooster in the nest box.
