Yeah, he's going to take out the 4 year old tube and put in a T tube, which is supposed to be long lasting. I got my questions answered, so that was good.

We are still waiting for rain. All month long, only a bit of sprinkles. Not enough to wet the ground.

We don't get much rain at all here, most of our moisture comes in the form of snow.

I didn't realize you had a monsoon season Leyla. Have you ever had any flood problems? I always think of NM as being dry.
