i only have three jalapeno's planted by the tomatoes, husband says the one looks like a tree, its almost chest high on me(only 5'4") so its quite healthy, no peppers yet but the other two have peppers coming, three jalapeno's are enough for us to eat fresh and for me to can

Maybe at some point. Hubs isn't ready to retire yet, a few more years to go, and where we are is a good location for the most part. In the mean time we're fixing up our place a bit, lots of landscaping, painting, etc.

i tried a different tomato this year, a paste that R2elk recommended. those are some of the biggest tomatoes i've ever seen, but still waiting for them to ripen, the volunteers have taken over, should have hoed more out but on the whole, happy with the way its going for me
