Since you all are big time bread bakers and I didn't get much feedback on this on the baker's thread...do you have a favorite bread knife you could recommend? DH is frustrated with our old one, it keeps tearing his bread when he tries to slice with it.

I prefer a 12" knife too...I had a nice one at the golf course restaurant I really liked.

Just scanning through what Amazon has, they don't have a lot of variety of 12" ones. I might have to check webstaurant to see what they have.

I love my Wuhstoff bread knife! Dale gave it to me for Christmas several years ago...still super sharp!
