Belated hello to all. Hot tough day at the field trial - tomorrow is supposed to be worse, and I am no longer 25. Or so my doctor tells me.
Don't believe the doctor Sour...you're as young as you think (at least, that's what I've heard)! But really, be careful out in the heat.

Broke my spray nozzle, while washing down my legs and feet. (All I wanted to do, is give my birds some meally worms)
They are tiny Red/black ants. And they invaded me!
Sadly, I cant get any of my chickens to eat ants.
Chickens do not like to eat many types of ants due to the formic acid in them. That is what hurt you when they bit youSadly, I cant get any of my chickens to eat ants.
But why did they attack me like that? I usually sit or stand in that area, (most of the time) to get to the birds level, to feed them snacks. Never happened to me before?
