I'm horribly behind but our internet is being frustratingly patchy.

I'm excited and stressed about my eggs hatching. I'm down to 3 of the shipped ones but all 10 that were picked up are still alive and one has even started shadowing at day 16 and a half. They are officially on day 17 now and the 3 shipped ones are on day 16.

I'm just waiting to hear if restrictions are going to be eased in Auckland. The numbers seemed to be falling but the number of new cases had increased again today. There are at least 151 people all linked to one outbreak/cluster. It sure is an infectious little beast.

I am sorry about the red ants! We do not have red ants here....yet. Are the ones there invasive?
