DH shops like a kid when he goes. The last time he went to the store he came home with 3 bags of chips, a loaf of bread and cat litter. It was almost cute, he felt pretty good about his grocery shopping trip.

Haha, I would love to buy some chips, but not anymore gotta keep my salt down. As long as he got the right items in the end.


So true! Sometimes it’s less hassle to just do it yourself. Honestly I’m home all week so getting out to shop once in a while is ok, it’s just not my favorite activity.

Not picky, selective! I'm the same way about stuff. I could send in a grocery store "curbside pick up" order if it only included pre-packaged goods and even then not all. Bacon for instance, a lot of the packages are a whole lotta fat, very little lean. I won't waste my money on them. And I'm not trusting a "shopper" to pick out my fresh veg, fruit, meat.

Hi Debby! I think so. Camper is still out just in case. He’s harvesting right now and it’s been a good fall so far so if he gets done early we might take it out one more time.

We have three apple trees. We don't do much with them anymore. A young neighbor teen came over and asked if he could pick our front tree. All of the trees are loaded! He wanted to make apple juice. Got a nice full gallon of apple juice from him. I haven't had that in years. Forgot how good it was!

Thank you...I was just curious! I live in E Washington...those crops are grown here, as well as potatoes, stone fruit, grapes...pretty much everything! Fall harvest is a very busy time!
