We had a cold night last night and it's pretty cold outside right now.

We sure do, the beast from the east took over us a couple of years back. This little cat got caught out there somewhere. I never thought I'd see him again.
We were blocked in for some days I couldn't get outside and my nieghbor managed to dig his way to my door after I think five days.

I'll cope, i got preserves in ready for this lockdown and incase of snow. How hard does the snow hit your area?

Hope that little white ball doesn't ruin your walk

DH and his 2 guys got done yesterday with blowing out the entire irrigation system and top dressing the greens. He was a tired but happy camper.

That's a big job...I'm glad he got it done!
I don't know if we'll make it to the course, way more projects to get done. We had to get the grass off the lawn from mowing, now we're changing oil in the mowers. One push mower, a rider & the ztr. We also have our sons rider & push mower, so we'll probably change the oil on those too! I want to harvest the pumpkins & sunflowers today too, we'll see!
Oh well at least it's all less frustrating than golf...

I think I'd rather harvest pumpkins and sunflowers than any of the other stuff

Did you grow the sunflowers for the chickens?

We get a quite a lot! And a lot of wind and cold temps. Once the snow starts, it most likely won't stop until April.

We had a mild winter and we've had an exceptionally hot summer this year so I really can't predict what this winter will turn out to be. We have had long winters. I hope you have a mild one this year.

Do you get snow? Our weather on the whole is changing, so if you miss out on snow that could possibly change.
