Good morning all!

Beautiful morning here. Sounds like another ugly storm is on its way for the weekend though.

I went to town yesterday, bought liquid laundry detergent and a load of groceries.
Wouldn’t you know it, I left the detergent in the car (It tipped and poured all over the back (leather seat) of my Lexus. Today is “wash the interior of my car” day!
(no chickens were harmed during this mishap!)

Well, that would be my luck as well . I had a jug of antifreeze do that to me, but mine is a jeep so much easier to clean.

Today is “wash the interior of my car” day!

That is going to suck big time! I can't imagine how much water and wiping it will take to get all the detergent out. I guess the "bright side" is leather vs cloth seats. At least it didn't soak into the fabric and thus the cushion.

Fall is here! It's raining leaves in my yard today, all it takes is cold weather and a little wind and my lawn & deck will be covered with leaves! I love our tree's and the protection they give us from the wind, but boy do they make a mess of my yard... at least it makes for good compost material!

I’m with you. My land has many trees. With just a little wind, everywhere (covered in leaves) the chickens love to scratch up the piles I rake up. Fun to watch!
