The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

Sadly our little Cracker (the oldest cockatiel chick that had the crop that never emptied properly) died overnight. He'd started to eat seeds but I think that was just too much for him and that he couldn't digest them properly. His crop never went sour or hard, but I think it just plain hasn't ever worked as it should have.

But the other two are just gorgeous. They both tried out their wings today. Carol is the more confident of the two, even though she's younger, and she's very smart. She's really cuddly too, enjoying having her head scritched.

They don't like being stuck in their cage anymore - they want out!

A friend's daughter has come to stay for 4 days. She's animal mad so she's fitting in just fine here!

Glad your friend's daughter is enjoying herself. Kids + animals = good mix, sometimes lol.
