I think we are off the rest of the week. We shut down due to heating issues. We’ve had problems since November. The temp in our room was 52* on Monday. We rent from the city and they have been there several times. We sent letters home with the families and several called the city complaining which helped. They shut the whole building down effective today until they can maintain 68*. We had 6 space heaters going yesterday and it was up to 67 when I left.

52* is too cold for you and the kiddos! Hope someone can get it fixed quickly.

So is next week when you start your part time? (Assuming the center is open.)

I don’t mind it being cool but it was down right cold Monday. The kids were so cranky.
Yes, I’m starting with just Friday’s off. I may take Monday’s off also.
Our heating system is different and the way it sounds they have to have a part made for it. I think it’s in process but not sure. It’s some sort of storage brick heating.

I'd be cranky too if I had to spend the day in a 52* room. I keep the house at 66* and sometimes that's enough to make me cranky. :lol:
