Except for farmers, retired people, and others who do not work outside the home ;0
There are no weekends "away" from "the job".

I think there are, just in a different way. Farmers have seasons. Retired people who don’t work a job choose to do the work they do. I’ve been the stay at home parent and the working mom. The difference is the stay at home parent has more time for him or herself if time and home are managed well, plus there’s the being your own boss aspect. Also, I don’t know many people who just do nothing on the weekend because they work during the week.
