For some reason I thought they were in the mirrors. I have them too.I don’t have the automatic wipers though. Does your vehicle shut off when you stop at stop signs? Mine does. I hate it.
Yes, my first car was a 1979 Caprice Classic. It was a beast.
It has something to do with emmisions. It doesn’t do it in the winter. There is no way to bypass it either as I asked. Anytime you come to a stop it shuts off. It starts again when you take your foot off the brake.
With all that wind snow I imagine it does.
That would drive me nuts! I’ve heard it before and such I’ve a rental that did that, no thank you! I can’t imagine no a/c in the summer while sitting through a light.

We finally found the glass place for my windshield, road construction made that tricky. Got there on time only to find out whoever I talked to on the phone did not write me on the schedule and they are full up for today. Plus the price I was quoted on the phone was way off, instead of $454 it will be over $900Crap! I'll have to make another appointment for in a couple weeks to get it done.
Maybe I should just go back to bed and start this day over.

I don't like computers in cars or trucks.All I ever wanted is a truck that doesn't run on a computer . I do mechanical work and most people don't know they may have up to 3 computers operating the vehicle . At this time I have been working on a Honda accord . I may have to clone or buy a pre programed computer new .
That rental BMW we had while we had no functional vehicles, did that same thing. I didn't like it either.
