Sounds like a busy day at your place, and nice weather too!

Good morning Mark, how are the swans?
The are doing great .The old female did not have any cygnets I believe she, or the male are too old . She ate all the eggs one by one as they were not fertile . They went back to being completely non aggressive . I am glad I took you all advice and kept Baby Cakes . Thanks for asking . I can't believe you temperature where you live . Yikes !!! Oh , I forgot , If you ever want to clean the weeds out of a pond Swans are the way to go they can eat up around 8 pounds of weeds a day .🦢🦢

How old are the older swans? Wish you could have had some cygnets, pictures would have been fun. Glad you still have Baby Cakes!

The old female is around 25 or 26 I know this for a fact my ex neighbor got her as a wedding gift and I know he has been married over 25 years . The cob on the other hand could be 30 something . He is a royal or English decent , the female is a Dutch mute swan .They have some slight differences the Dutch babies are white the English are grey when they hatch . :loveHere is the cob and hen . B.C, in the background .
