I have been wearing sunglasses as much as possible but feat that a lot of damage happened when I was growing up

I think the quality of your shades can influence some of that. You need them with UV protection and wrap around the side so you don’t get sun from the sides or top. A lot of shades out there are garbage.

Very true! And polarized sun glasses are helpful too, they keep the glare down.

I am hoping that the new lenses will fix my vision!

Can you get one eye for close and the other for distance?
