Well I can tell you this I did it once , It is real , I am scared to do it again because I landed in the hospital . I had a blocked chakra and it decided to unblock when I wasn't ready . Wow is all I can say . It felt like a bolt of lightning hit me I was instantly fried, stripped of my shirt my head started spinning I crawled to the car and was taken to the ER after one night in the hospital I felt like a million bucks .

If that's what it's like, there will be no messing with my chakra! I'm not sure what a chakra is, but it sounds dangerous.

If you are with a Guru he will only inflict it when he knows you are ready . I wasn't . If you ever notice the two snakes on the medical staff they represent the Kundalini rising
