It was a short night but can't blame that on napping yesterday. Yesterday's couch time was spent finishing up a book.

Maybe Mr. Gordon needs to visit me after sundown...apparently that helps with nodding off, lol.

Mr Gordon is a panacea for all things bad - you'd be amazed. It can even affect one's hearing when the wife is complaining - its truly wonderful!

It's supposed to be a rainy day today (in fact, it's lightly raining now) so most running around will have to be done inside. If DH is still laid up, I'll have to run around him.

Almost forgot to ask, what does "Lala salaama" mean? That's not Yorkshire-speak is it?

Sorry, i just had a call with my parents. Nah, not Yorkshire speak - KiSwahili - means "sleep peacefully" but i'm sure a lady of your superior wit and intelligence go the gist!

Chris, I was just thinking...even if the calendar didn't tell us spring was almost here, you'd know it just based on the number of new members signing up, lol. It's crazy trying to keep up!
 
I agree - its actually mad at the moment eh? I wake up and spend at least an hour every morning greeting away. If only BYC charged for membership, Nifty (or anyone else) could run for President with the amount of cash they'd raise!
