He's pretty well settled in the new house and things are gearing up at work for him. The other day he met with the board and they approved of him and all his plans...big plus! Things are looking good on the job front. They even said I could work there in some capacity (like the pro shop or the restaurant/bar). That's exciting!

Thanks DD, a fresh start is exciting. One thing nice about our new situation is the golf course, pro shop, restaurant is only open about 7-8 months of the year so during the colder, winter months we'll have plenty of time to entertain ourselves. And I'm sticking with BYC year-round for sure!

Hi Debby - great to hear that DH is doing well up there and potential work prospects for you will keep you out of trouble for sure! Great combo!

Still thinking another title may have been better, but nevermind. Hope you get your new one soon!

I don't know that a job will keep me out of trouble...maybe I'll just find another way to get into it, lol.

What sort of shenanigans are you up to today?
 
Nothing doing here. No power from 3am to 10 am cos of the heavy rain (they have to blame it on something), but not to worry - at least i have had my dose of greeting here for the day. And you? - still packing / sorting stuff out I guess?
