You guys sure have more than your share of power outages Chris. At least 3-10am probably didn't interfere with any games on tv.

Still sorting/packing. There's a bit of outdoor work to be done on the house. The guy that started it has his truck in the mechanics so waiting for him to get mobile again before he can finish. Waiting for people that wanted certain items to get them picked up. Waiting for the loan inspection to be scheduled. Kind of just waiting in general as you can see!
 
Nah, the power cut was not the biggest of issues - not knowing how long it will last is more of a pain, but hey-ho.

Sounds like the calm before the final storm at your end - not so bad after what you have been doing for the past few weeks.

Just thought - you should get the golf course to give you an acre or so and then you could raise eggs for the restaurant! Genius!

Not a bad thought Chris! I sure would like to have at least a few chickens or ducks (heck, even an indoor pet would be nice)...have to see what the company policy is on things like that. At the moment DH is enjoying seeing deer and antelope up fairly close.

What would be really exciting would be to spot that rare, elusive Jackalope!
 
Very elusive, that one I'm sure! For sure they have got to let you have ducks - after all, DH built the duck palace that never saw a duck!!
