Sunflour, hope you are keeping yourself hydrated - very important when you have "the trots."

Thanks, hydration has not been a problem - no nausea or vomiting.......just hunger and even chicken noodle soup/ dry toast exacerbated the issue. But tonite - hungry as you know what - I ate baked chicken, rice, mushroom soup casserole and thus far all seems well...

Gotta work a 12 hour shift tomorrow so planning on grape juice and soda crackers only

Why are they called the 'trots'? It's a term that my mother always used for the 'condition'.

Because that is what one does ....trot quickly or ELSE

Personally I do think Run, don't Trot would be best..

Yep that's what I figured. If it got real bad, she called it the 'runs'. Had a sygmoidoscopy once and learned about the 'shuffles'.

I know what you mean...I had a Colon Clean out for the scope once and only 15 minutes after that horrible stuff was all it took

I'd take some immodium before leaving for work. Personally i go for the "walking like a penguin" style - running can be disastrous
