The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Sounds like a very ethical way of selecting your clients, DMC and I'm sure helping out those that are no longer able to do the job themselves is a lot more rewarding.

I know that you are all tucked up in bed as I post this, but I'll say good morning to you all anyway:frow
good morning.... :frow

Hey, Phil - hope you are feeling a bit better this morning

Good morning Chris! It is rewarding...I've gotten very to close to a lot of them. My oldest is 88 and still on her own but does very well. Several have died due to illness etc. and that's when I don't love my job...one of my ladies told me I need to take on younger clients so that doesn't happen.

Good Morning.

Anyone have exciting plans for today?

Same old, same old for today.

Whilst I'm sure its painful to lose clients in such a manner - you've taken a great stress from their lives, and made their quality of life so much better. I'd stick to doing what feels right.

DH is back to his usual routines and chores and doesn't need my "care taking". I have 2 days left off from work, but can't decide what to do today. When working one looks forward to days off - and to waste those is pitiful?

Sometimes doing absolutely nothing can be a good way to spend leave from work
