The delivery guys just left off the new table for the kitchen. DH will be here soon to take me to lunch. Trip into town to grab a couple of things. Trying to write an article for a BYC contest and need decent photos to go with it. Answer some posts. Have some fun with the cats (they left me presents in the litter box this morning the sweeties). Hang out while DH cooks dinner.

You know, just the regular busy, high-paced life kind of stuff

My husband and I are trying to catch a stray kitten before our dog kills it. He is the cutest thing and should not be on his own yet. I left milk and scraps out last night by the chicken coop cuz he's hanging around that area and half the milk was gone...yay! I'm thinking something happened to the mom

husband got a small live trap from the neighbors so hoping we can catch him tonight.

After eating, one of them ducked out and came back in bearing a German Chocolate cake (gluten free no less) that DH made early this morning, the waitress slapped a big sombrero on my head and everyone, including other customers, sang. What a fun lunch that was!

Whew, I'm beat...this birthday stuff is tiring. Thanks for all the b-day greetings today everyone!
