Just got off the phone with the kids. They just got checked into the motel. They are there, finally. Exhausted, (Kenny feels like he has a steel rod in his shoulders and neck) and Kendra is owly, but they are safe. Thank you, Lord, and thank you my friends!

So glad they made it safe, Blooie. Hope the weather holds for them, and for us too so we can go visit the family next weekend.

DD2 was out attempting to shovel her driveway yesterday, when a couple guys came up the street, jumped out of their truck, and proceeded to shovel the rest of her driveway, the front walk and the sidewalk. Guess they were driving around helping people stuck or having problems with the snow. So nice! She had never met them and I guess they take time after every big snow just helping out in the neighborhood. Glad to hear a good story for a change.
