We're a 3 cat family. First we got Bam and he was terribly unhappy being an only so we got his sister, Pip. Opie showed up at our door the day after Thanksgiving, apparently he'd been dumped. He's the typical spoiled little brother, lol.
I like dogs too but with our work hours during the summer months, a dog just wasn't doable. The cats are more independent (and a lot easier to house train). We've really enjoyed having them.
Good you gave them good homes. Unfortunately around here cats seem to be disposable. We get dumped cats sometimes too scared to approach. The humane societies are filled with cats. I don't understand people.

Speaking of giraffes .. not sure if I have told you guys this one … I am a huge animal lover and when I get the television to myself, I love nothing better than watching Animal Planet and Nat Geo etc.
This one particular day, after watching some of my shows I mentioned to hubby that I was off to do some shopping and he says “Do not bring home any animals!”. My reply was “Like what?” and he says “Oh, I don’t know, a giraffe!” Look who came home with me that day
Love the new avatar ralphie!
Good to hear you trip was productive and uneventful N F C.
I had to Google 'My Pillow' [never heard of them or him]. I love my Boomerang-Pillow
[unfortunately if it does fall off the bed, it does not come back of it’s own accord
She's a beauty! I wanted to adopt a pretty kitten that looked like her but she was adopted already and we got Opie instead(formerly Thomas). He is a dream kitten...hope that doesn't change!
