The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

There is no excuse to divorce oneself from shirts.  I have shirts that are over 50 years old.
What do you do to make them last? Sometimes I stop wearing a favorite to save it, ironically it will fall apart from not being used. Probably should shop somewhere other than Wal-Mart and the 5 dollar rack.

I don't think it matters much whether you pay $5 or $50 for something...they all seem to fall apart at about the same rate. I love my old favorites.

Long term survivors are primarily 'dress' shirts. Flannel shirts and short sleeve shirts don't have the same longevity - they see far more action.

Oops, I no longer have fancy clothes, as I refuse to attend fancy stuff now. No more weddings for me.

Seems everyone gets attached to their clothes, I could never spend 50 dollars on a shirt, I cringe at anything over 15 dollars.

You'd have a stroke at the price of the clothes my boys like. I have a stroke getting them when they are on sale. Ridiculous!
