Well maybe you should just drag yourself on over here for dinner...we're doing 2 turkey breasts so there will be plenty

I made up some bread to have with dinner tonight:

It's actually an Italian bread but I needed to use up some fresh basil...so Italian and Smoked turkey for dinner it is!

Plenty for everyone, dinner should be around 6pm mountain time!

The bread is beautiful...I had looked at that recipe and figured no way I could do that.

Lovely.

Good Morning Friends :hugs

We got some welcome rain overnight but early evening was not very pleasant at all as the humidity was :sick

Cloudy today and the maximum is only predicted to be 84F but humidity this morning is 90%.

96 Helpdesk Jobs yesterday! :he :caf

N F C not a silly question; yep, some parts of Victoria, NSW [I think] and Tasmania.

I loved smoked things! Smoked cheese :drool

Why am I hungry? ;) :drool It is only 08:47AM!

Send turkey and bread and cinnamon rolls! Oh, and while you are putting together a package, throw in a 'Country Kitchen' sign :p

And what is all this soap talk?
Cilantro (the leaves, the dried seeds are called coriander just to be confusing) tastes like soap to some unfortunate people. Not the sort of thing they would want in their food.

From Wikipedia:
"Most people perceive the taste of coriander as a tart, lemon/lime taste, but a smaller group, of about 4%-14% of people tested, think cilantro tastes like bath soap, as linked to a gene which detects aldehyde chemicals also present in soap."

Of course one would have to ask just how much trouble these people got into as kids that their parents washed their mouths out with soap so they even KNOW what soap tastes like ;)
