The shade cloth has not yet been completely removed because it is stopping them from trying to squeeze out under, which is one of the touch ups left to do.

My dad works from home too. But he has an office set up. He actually used to work at my grandma's house since we moved here in I think 1996 and his office was in the basement but he moved his office to our basment in I think July or August last year. He loved working over there, it's only like a mile or two away, and it's on the river/marsh so great view. But then my grandma passed away September 2015 and my brother started living there soon after. Which was fine and neither minded. But then my brother started dating someone in December that year and she finally gave up her lease in the city and moved in last summer. So then once she moved in they obviously didn't really want him there, especially paying rent, so he moved his office. It took him a while though, he didn't want to ha so she was there for a little bit before he finally did but yeah. So now he works in our basement. But has a big desk and monitor and everything. Actually, it's a TV his computer is connected to. My brother set it up for him like last year or a couple years ago maybe since they didn't want the TV and he loves it because it is much bigger and he can see better.

He does have conference calls a lot and has to travel but he likes being able to work at home. Plus he can smoke or get a snack or lunch or nap whenever he wants haha

He used to have to travel all the time when we were little but he hasn't had to travel as mucb for a while. But then now lately like the past few years he's starting to have to travel more often.

He mostly just has to go to the job sites and stuff like that but they do sometimes make him go to meetings too. Like most recently he had to go to Atlanta but he didn't get there until Monday night (I think his flight was at 3 or something) then flew back home Tuesday night. Kind of a pain to have to fly places for not even one day meetings but I guess that's how it is sometimes and he's pretty important so they want him actually at the meetings sometimes.
 
I got sick last night and thought I was getting the flu but now I feel better today (besides a little groggy from sleeping too much and a weird taste in my mouth) so maybe a 24 hour bug or stress? It hit really fast. After class I felt a little weird, mostly really dry eyes and like I was starting to get a migraine. I get both of those a lot so didn't think anything of it and figured it was just from sitting in dry/hot classrooms for hours or that maybe I was going to get my cycle the next day. I come home and was gonna take a nap but then my parents were annoying/arguing so I couldn't but I did lay there a while. Anyway, I get up and go to go back to sleep and I can't so stay up. But when I get up, everything hit at once. This was only a couple hours later. I all of a sudden had every symptom. Originally I was hot so had turned the heat off but when I laid back down I was really cold then I was hot again so chills and hot flashes, my hands were shaking really bad, they both got numb/tingly (though I think I have carpal tunnel), just lile every symptom all at once just hours later. My chest was also a bit tight and I was a little anxious cause i hate being sick and was obsessing over symptoms haha but the tingling hands really worried me and my parents were being kind of annoying so anyway, I went into a full blown panic attack (anxiety attack? Not sure the difference). Like hyperventilating and everything. Thankfully, the dog sensed this and came running when he heard me hyperventilating so he was able to calm me down crazy quickly with just me petting him and stuff. But it was kind of scary. The tingling also went away after I calmed down so it was maybe anxiety related?

Anyway, later that night when I went to go to bed, maybe around 9 or 10, I actually threw up, but then I was able to sleep after that.

Woke up at 3 though and still had a headache so I took some Tylenol PM after having a bunch of saltines and half a piece of pita bread then went back to sleep until around 10 or 10:30 this morning (though I think I was awake for a little while before i actually got up).

So yeah. I feel better today.

Mostly.

And I'm actually hungry hah
