Ooooo a monkey! I like that idea. You need a kid or a midget, or possibly a trained monkey....
Oooo I'm liking the idea more now!Diva doesn't need the monkey, Michelle does. That would be useful don't you think? In bad weather she can stay in the house and the monkey can go take care of the chicken duties.
Good Morning Friends
Aaaw gees Debby, I can not believe the stuff ups! So frustrating!
I was AWOL yesterday because the trials arrived within 2 hours of the e.mail saying they would be arriving sometime in the next 5 days.
So, I did something I have not done since I was in my teens .. I took a sick day to concentrate on the trials and to get them back ASAP.
I am confident! I do not have a foot pedal yet so transcription was done switching between Windows Media Player and Word but even with that handicap, I think I nailed them. One was particularly difficult due to the accent of the doctor and the speed at which he dictated but I got through it. No dramas with the terminology which I think you never really forget.
Even though I was a little nervous, I thoroughly enjoyed the 10 trials I had to complete in the field of general transcription, medical transcription and radiology transcription. The trials made me realise even more how much I miss medical typing and I so hope I am accepted. It was nice to don the headphones and be able to work without constant interruption or bad attitude.
I sat at my desk for most of the morning working on them and was manually switching between WMP and Word. After a break for lunch, I went back to my desk and did something that made me chuckle….after 18 years of being out of the field, when I sat back at my desk and donned the headphones, my foot was searching for the foot pedal!Just like riding a bike, you don’t forget.
Anyways, thank you all for your support … on Stage 6 now which is evaluation of my trials [possibly up to 5 days before I hear]; Stage 7 is their offer and the final Stage 8 is my acceptance …. I have not wanted something so much for a long time!![]()

Is she one of your chickens? Or just one he found on the truck?
