The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Of course, if you don't it's like eat'en a cold okra sandwich!
i wouldn't know, theres never any left over okra, much less to make a sandwich, husband doesn't even get any, not that he would eat it unless its fried or sometimes stewed with tomatoes

I can sit on a dead horse and eat my lunch, just as long as it's not the horse for lunch! :lau
never heard that one before:gig but i probably could too if i didn't love horses so much
but
momma use to cook greens, collands, mustard or turnips and altho she looked them the best she could, once in awhile she would miss a worm in them, us kids learned to quietly
slip it to the side of the plate and keep eating so that daddy didn't know that momma missed one, otherwise all h--- would have broke out

Sean, I assisted at all whelpings (dogs) and would still take out time (with bloodied hands*) to eat lunch or dinner. I think when it's important the "ick" factor doesn't enter in to it.

* I used to tear the sacs and cut the cords - after hearing my friend's dog had torn off a puppy leg and a ear on another. Boo Ugho!! :sick

on that note, going to grab husband and go pick up new tires for his trash wagon and then see if i can find a bowl of soup out, he's "cooking" dinner today be back later, y'all behave:frow
Be safe sharron, have a great day!

Love okra and tomatoes.

Just called the doctors office. He said everything looks ok on the x-ray! I still don't know about that?
I would get a second opinion. Here there are private practice ortho places to go too. Can you get your insurance to send you there? or a Primary care Physician?
