Kdogg I used to get a so called "natural" PB either Jif or Skippy, low sodium and I think
less other bad stuff. Problem was all the oil would separate and couldn't mix it well enough.

Yep, I've mostly been laying flat on my back since July....I'm sick of it, already!
Almost as bad as when my tibia and fibia were snapped in-two...took 11 months before I could walk, that was miserable.

That's true but I figure it's at least better than candy and brownies. No clue if it actually is though. Probably not. But for now it works. Do need to cut back though. Probably when I run out of PB and celery won't be long if I eat enough. Got a tiny jar of PB.

Do need to lose weight though so need to watch out. Although winter is coming and I could use the extra energy for winter

Yeah, I bought a regular Jif and what I think might be a local brand? Says MA on it. Called I think Teddy's. All natural peanut butter. Just peanuts and salt lol and yes the oil separation is a real pain! And the taste is kind of gross but I'm trying to force myself to eat it. Might mix it. Teddy's does have other varieties too like probably low salt and smooth or chunky
