The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I have 2 from a couple years ago hanging on the coop. I put the square one up the other day, but I want to put the “Waddle On In” one on the duck gate, so I have to take another one off first. And I used screws, so haven’t swapped them yet. They are actually decent little metal (painted alum?) signs. One has faded some, but I think they are cute. Especially for free.

Nice! Who cares if the poultry can read the signs, I would enjoy them...they'd make me smile seeing them every day.

Last visitation of this trip is tonight’s visit to Hulett, 10 miles past Devil’s Tower! Then home for 2 days! I’m pooped!

There she goes folks...skimming across the north track of Wyoming and soon headed toward the home stretch!

Oh yeah! I'm planning on getting in there on Saturday and start demolition. Going to have to rent a kerosene heater first though. It's really nippy out there today!

I stopped following this thread a bit ago because I couldn't keep up, but I still look in occasionally. I'm a slow going country girl and this thread is like the big city where stuff move too fast for me and makes me dizzy.

As for going too fast and getting dizzy, dizzy happens to the best of us sometimes

I got the hay loft painted! the boards were moldy so i scrubbed and painted.

I think so too! It lasts a lot longer and stays way cleaner! The current one is just a huge metal dog bowl and it gets so gross so fast. Dirt, leaves, pine needles, etc. fall in and in the summer it gets completely green with algae.

I need to clean my auto water bucket soon. I clean it every month or so

Took these as we drove past Devil’s Tower a few minutes ago. It amazes me every time we see it....photos don’t show how massive it is. Then there’s a photo of downtown Hulette.
