Nice pictures DMC! Your cats are so pretty.

Hope one of the shampoos helps Sharron!
heres hoping, shes so miserable , itching like crazy, shes licked her feet raw and altho i spray her feet a few times a day, hasn't helped, altho she hasn't itched quite as bad since her bath, going to try the sulfa over the weekend and see if it helps, i remember that my father used to use used motor oil with sulfa when his hounds got mange or skin infection, seemed to clear it up, had forgotten til ron mentioned the sulfa shampoo
anything to help her, beginning to think that maybe that breeder wasn't a good breeder like i thought, bella has alot of problems not to mention one of them being shes scared of everything, acorn hits the roof, she jumps running, but i think she has a good caring home now.

thanks, i think so, sooner or later she will give up and realize that i love her and that i'm the on who gives her treats(along with the medicine ) and hugs and rubs. with what i have in money wise i could have bought a registered puppy but i choose her and still do choose her:highfive:

Sharron, you might talk to your vet about doing some allergy tests. My westie was fine until she turned about 8, then she started showing some of the same signs Bella is. Allergy testing was done and turned out she was allergic to grass, certain trees, weeds and such (no food allergies). After that I had to give her an injection every 3 weeks to help her cope with the allergies because there's just no way to have a dog that won't come in contact with grass, trees and weeds.

Sounds like it could possibly be food allergies? A lot of dogs are allergic to beef and chicken or to grains. Could try changing her diet and see if that helps her.[/QU

i have her on the food that the vet recommended , a "diet" food, he wants her to lose at least 5 to 7 lbs. she is kinda fat but beautiful with it

bud (schippeke) gets so bad in the fall that he gets shots, otherwise he takes a pill everyday, hoping bella doesn't have allergies that bad but we go back next week to the vet for him to check her eyes to see how they're doing on the medicine i put in two times a day, two different kinds:idunno if i can get her eyes on the mend i will be happy

Is the prescribed food royal canin? if so that stuff is actually loaded with corn and fillers and terrible for dogs. We've tried practically every food there is so if you need suggestions for good ones to try, I can give some. Ranging from cheaper ones to more high end ones but all good ones
