I know a lot of these articles are kind of the same but this one is much less sciencey like the others and much more about the puppies. Has a bunch of details about and pictures of puppies from a litter they fostered as well as another litter they fostered after. I can't believe how the one puppy matured! Completely different color and look.

Probably! Especially strays. Every male dog within like 5 miles can probably smell a female in heat and come running. Some have been known to bust through windows to get to females.
