i'm sorry but i don't think much of the cutting, to me, not very good cuts at all

I don't agree with the prices especially for very large, smooth haired breeds. No hair to trim and they will dry very fast, even if just towel dried.
When I look in at the two major pet shop chains, they have the dogs in both a grooming post and another post with strap to keep the dog standing. Never used either. When I was 16 I did bathing & grooming at a commercial shop. I learned the correct "holds" that made it easier to work on the dogs. At no time were they strung up.
I was learning the various poodle clips. But, I showed the other groomers how to properly trim a Cocker for pet or show. Never got a dime for that. Even the boss had no idea how to do any of the Spaniel breeds.
The price included nail trims, ear cleaning, expressing anal glands. Dogs were blown dry while being brushed. They were never cage dried where they could succumb to the heat.
Yeah, for the short haired breeds some of the prices seem like kind of a rip off. Even for larger breeds, $80 or almost $100 seems kind of crazy. But this place is also a pet resort type place, if you look at the rooms page, they're really fancy with beds and blankets and huge rooms so theyre probably aiming for pet parents who spoil their pets lol the cat rooms are insane. Huge cat tree and stuff.
Thankfully I have found some cheaper places.
And wow thats awesome, you sound very knowledgeable and kind to the animals. That sounds much fentler than the traditional way. And I would never use big name stores. They usually don't do a good job and I heard a story recently (earlier this year or last year) where a dog died because they accidentally left it in the heating cage.

Me either, in fact I wouldn't pay a dime to have any of those "after" dogs. Look no better than our hack jobs on the alpacas.

Then again supposedly they send pictures to the owners and ask if it's okay and if not they redo it so maybe people dont know better?

just looking in case I ever get a poodle or even a fluffy dog, figure I'll have them brushed out instead of doing it myself. And thinking for poodle I'd keep it in one of the short full body ones or doodle cut instead of the stupid show one lol idk what the name is though cause there's a few cuts that look similar that I get mixed up
