Yep, your right, hospital BC's are worthless. Have to have one issued by the state where you were born or common wealth or territory.

Btw should I mention that I know the guy who made the stupid document chart and can confirm he's an idiot. :oops: I reviewed it before it was published and told him military ID with an O grade should suffice since the constitution requires you be a US Citizen to be an O. His response was that states would not understand the whole "O" thing. Think lowest common denominator....
